Welcome to the Tumwater Historical Association!

You, like our ancestors before us, are currently living the history of our grandchildren and their descendants. The Tumwater Historical Association (THA) provides you the opportunity to help write that history and to document the past and present for generations to come. THA will also help further the appreciation, understanding and teaching of the rich and unique history of the Tumwater area.

Pioneer Kids

Together, we will preserve our history through research, publications and living history activities.

THA promises a year of historical, educational and fun-filled activities for the entire community.  Check out our Calendar / Special Events section, mark the events on your calendar.  We hope you will plan to participate in some of our upcoming events.  Bring the entire family, the programs are great for people of all ages.  We'll be watching for you!
